II. For those not using UCSD dialin service to connect to the internet

There you will find instructions on how to send e-mail to people
with non-UCSD e-mail addresses. Authorize yourself to send e-mail
outside of UCSD by filling out this form:
smtp access form
Before taking a trip please double check your dialin settings. Please
test this before you leave, especially by replying to someone with a
non-UCSD address.
